Inspections of properties include roofing, painting, caulking, irrigation, water heater, water pressure valve, under sink valves in kitchens and bathrooms, hose bibs, microwave, washer and dryers, ovens, condensation fans, hood fans, ceiling fans, toilet pumps and valves, pool and jacuzzi pumps, filters.
$300.00 inspection fees are waived when a valid Home Warranty is purchased. Annual warranty fee is provided after inspection and all suggested repairs and replacements have been addressed and accomplished by GJB Construction.
